The Magic of walking and Talking in Nature

Getting out and getting in to nature and fresh air can bring a different awareness to your experience and the counselling process. For some being able to walk and talk makes all the difference in their ability to more easily tune in.

As humans we are acutely attuned to nature and being able to walk and process our experiences can really assist us in processing difficult feelings or getting in touch with our thoughts. If you are curious or interested in this form of counselling, we can discuss it at our first appointment or anytime there after.

Living in Nelson, BC we are surrounded by so many options for walking in nature, it’s awesome! We can discuss what kind of session you would prefer and the location during our initial In-Person session. Current places that have been lovely have been the Nelson Rail Trail or walking along Kootenay Lake.
